JANUARY 21, 2013—SPECIAL MEETING
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Monday, January 21, 2013 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Poland Township Sidewalk Project located on Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road (State Route 170), with Gary DiOrio from M.S. Consultants. The news media had been properly notified.
Chairman Lidle called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Gary DiOrio led everyone present in the pledge of allegiance. Roll call was taken and present were Trustees Lidle, Naples and Ungaro.
Gary DiOrio updated the Trustees on the status of the $500,000.00 O.D.O.T. grant and spoke about construction of the project. A question and answer period with the Trustees took place.
After the discussion, no action was taken, and the Trustees will have Gary DiOrio attend the regular meeting of the Trustees on February 13, 2013 to further talk about this project.
There being no further business, Lidle moved to adjourn at 5:48 p.m., seconded by Naples. Voting yes – Lidle, Naples, Ungaro…motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
