SPECIAL MEETING
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on March 9th, 2016 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio. The purpose of the Special meeting was to discuss Polo Lighting district and the media was properly notified of the meeting.
Ungaro motions to enter Special Meeting on Polo Lighting District at 5:38 P.M. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.
Scharville leads in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Scharville calls roll call. Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet were present.
Those in Favor:
8612 Polo Court - Ray – He is in favor of the lights however, residents should not be responsible for digging trenches.
Joe – In favor of 5 of the 6 lights.
The trustees discuss how the residents need to come to an agreement for several minutes.
No one present to vote against the lighting district.
Ungaro motions to approve Resolution #16-03: Lighting District – Polo. Seconded Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.
Lidle motions to adjourn from Special Meeting at 6:01 P.M. Seconded by Ungaro. Voting yes – Lidle, Ungaro, and Wollet.
