PUBLIC HEARING – POLO LIGHTING DISTRICT
RESOLUTION 16-09
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a public hearing on June 8th, 2016 at the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland, Ohio. The purpose of the public hearing was to discuss the lighting district and the press was properly notified.
Ungaro motions at 7:05 pm to adjourn from the regular township meeting and enter into the public hearing for the Poland Lighting District. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.
Ungaro asks for those in favor of the Polo Lighting district to come forward.
Ray – 8612 Polo Court – Wants seven new lights to go in and has map to be submitted to Ohio Edison.
Ungaro asks for those not in favor of the Polo Lighting District to come forward.
No one comes forward to speak against the Polo Lighting District.
Ungaro motions to approve Resolution 16-09; Polo Lighting District as presented by the residents of Polo Lighting District. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.
Ungaro motions at 7:14 pm to adjourn from the Polo Lighting District Public Hearing. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes – Ungaro, Lidle, and Wollet.
