                                                                                       SPECIAL MEETING

The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Wednesday,

November 3, 2021at 5:00 p.m. at the Poland Township Administration Building located at 3339 Dobbins Road.

The purpose of this meeting was to interview for the position of Poland Township Police Chief.  The news media had been properly notified.

Meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.  Roll call was taken and present were trustees: Ungaro, Kempers, and Wollet.

Trustee Wollet lead everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.

            Chairman Ungaro moved to go into executive session at 5:01 p.m. for the purpose of personnel. Motion second by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes - Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers…Motion carried.  

            Chairman Ungaro moved to leave executive session and go back into regular session at 7:19 p.m.  Motion seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet, and Kempers…motion carried.

            With no other business to be conducted, Chairman Ungaro moved to adjourned at 7:20 p.m., motion seconded by Trustee Wollet.  Voting yes – Ungaro, Wollet and Kempers….motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
