Special Meeting
The Poland Township Board of Trustees held a special meeting November 19th, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in the Poland Township Government Center located at 3339 Dobbins Road, Poland Ohio.
Fiscal Officer Paul Canter does roll call. Chairman Eric Ungaro, Vice Chairman Robert Lidle and Trustee Joanne Wollet are present.
Kevin Kralj leads in The Pledge of Allegiance.
Chairman Ungaro makes a motion to enter into executive session at 9:33 a.m. for personnel matters. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes- Ungaro, Lidle and Wollet…motion carried.
Chairman Ungaro made a motion to exit executive session at 12:10 p.m. Seconded by Lidle. Voting yes- Ungaro, Lidle and Wollet…motion carried.
Lidle makes a motion to hire MS Consultants as a sidewalk engineering consultant, seconded by Ungaro. Voting yes- Ungaro, Lidle and Wollet.
Chairman Ungaro makes a motion to adjourn at 12:15 p.m. seconded by Lidle. Voting yes- Ungaro, Lidle and Wollet.
